Rates
Rates range from $205 - $225 per night, double or single occupancy.

12% tax is added to all reservations.

Holiday Rates, add $20 per night.

Third and fourth person in the Highlander Suite:  $20 per person per night, $25 on holidays.

5% discount on stays of 5 nights or more. Contact us for longer term rates for the Highlander Suite.

Policies
Children aged 16 and over are welcome but pets cannot be accommodated.

For advance reservations, a two night minimum stay is required on weekends between May 15 and Nov. 1. Reservations for one night stays on weekends during this period are only accepted after 12 noon on the Thursday before the desired weekend (exceptions may apply on holiday weekends).

Same day reservations must be made by 10am on the day of arrival.

Check-in is by appointment from 3pm to 9pm. Check out is at 11am. If possible, alternate times may be arranged in advance.

Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the property.  Smoking at Brookfield Farm will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation with no refund and a $250 cleaning fee that will be charged to your credit card.

Deposit, Payment, and Cancellation Policy
A one night deposit is required to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, personal check or traveler's check.

Your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 service charge, if your cancellation is received 14 or more days in advance of your scheduled arrival. Otherwise, a refund will be made only if we are able to fill the reservation.

Refunds will not be issued for early departures.

Any in-suite purchases will be charged to your credit card upon check-out.
